If you live near Los Angeles, the Wooster Group is coming to the Disney Concert Hall. They are a famous experimental theater and dance group–and we’ve never seen them.

I heard a story about the phrase “cha-ching” (said properly sounds like a cash machine). Our friend S was working for his granddad who invented parts for the manufacturing of oil when he was much younger. Apparently, he sat in with his granddad in a meeting with the heads of a influential oil company who were interested in buying their product. After the deal the oil company executives were talking casually with S’s granddad when they learned he made many other products they were desperately looking for, and S, who knew very well this meant a *lot* of money for his granddad couldn’t resist thinking, and unfortunately saying out loud–loud enough for all in the room to stop and stare at him: cha-ching!
