We just found out that two of our friends, brothers Samuel and Ira Lippke, were spending their winter break working in an orphanage in Bali when the earthquake and tsunami hit. They quickly went to Sumatra and have been helping in whatever way they can. The Long Beach Press-Telegram has stories on them here and here.
