Money

How much do our projects cost?
Our performance installations average $4000 for construction expenses. This includes materials (wood to costumes), engineering, equipment rental, documentation (I do as much myself as possible, but as I’m performing more this is slipping) and good food for our crew (who otherwise are usually not paid).

How do we pay for these works?
We receive grants from the host institutions and outside institutions that cover construction expenses.

How much do we make?
We generally don’t make a profit on our performance installations.

How do we make a living then?
I’m a professor: a job I love because of the community, encouraging others to dream and health benefits.

How does this come about?
Nobody will take you seriously if you don’t take yourself seriously. When you’re starting out, invest in your work. Spend a lot of time and a lot of money. This portfolio will help you win help, which in turn will help you develop better work that will win further support. This is not a road to financial success, this is a road to realizing dreams.
