Foster2

Earlier this week, D.C. in Arizona introduced me to architect Norman Foster–where have I been? It makes me wonder how much I know. I would love to see a pie graph–like in a video game–hard numbers charting my exact level and rank.

During a recent lecture I was talking about video games. Why is it sometimes more attractive to spend time creating virtual work (see the video game Civilization) over developing real work? I think it has something to do with the efficient choreography of choices video games present. Easily the new white collar drug. The muck of real work is much more messy.
