My sister travelled to N. Uganda last month with a small team of people from her church who are building a clinic/orphanage in one of the towns involved. Her team met up with 3 grads from USC Film school who shot a small documentary about the crisis, and are now working on a full length feature film. Their project is called Invisible Children (.com).
The documentary is a must-watch in regards to realizing the extent of what life is looking like right now in Uganda.

Hey Jason, thanks for the heads-up about the Invisible Children documentary. I ran across that when I was rounding up links. It’s been shown a few places around the LA/OC area, but somehow we missed it. Here’s the link for the site and to watch the trailer.
That’s really amazing about your sister; it would be cool if she would write an account her experience so you could post it on your site.
