GREATER LA MFA: A Student-To-Student Invitational Exhibit

Open Artists Reception: August 28th, 5-8PM
Greater LA MFA features approximately 55 visually striking and conceptually diverse works in a range of mediums by students representing 15 graduate programs throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The exhibition culminates with a film screening held in the University Theatre on the evening of the closing reception of the exhibition. The screening will show 15 short films by as many artists, making it an unprecedented gathering of student films from LA’s world-renowned film programs. Organized and curated by CSULB students, the exhibition and screening encourages dialogue among the young generation of LA artists/students and the public as they have the chance to view the diversity and commonality among work from these programs:
