The Los Angles County Museum of Art’s LACMA at 40: Gifts in Honor of the Museum’s Anniversary exhibition is a waltz of worth-seeing works. You’ll walk quickly past about a third of it, but will be stopped-cold enough times to make the trip worth it (see above). Also enjoyable is their [much needed] new building construction underway.
