We bought an old electric organ at a thriftstore for $6 and an old TV listed on Craig’s List for $10 and hit the road. This video was shot on the bank of the Mississippi river in Illinois. The final video will be presented solely on the black and white TV in the video.

Hi Evan,
Thanks and you’re right–this video was very easy to make. We pulled up. Plugged the organ into the car. Put the TV on the organ, and what you see is the first take.
That’s pretty much what we did all day–but the others didn’t turn out as neat.
Although I don’t consider this video a conceptual heavy-hitter, I like it’s extreme casualness and simultaneous liturgical high-handedness. What is that man (who happens to be me) gonna do behind the TV? There is nothing more interesting than something happening behind a wall.
